Valkyrie Consultants provide commercial, project management, engineering and planning services within the highways and civil engineering industries.
Support is provided at both pre and post contract stage. We can be deployed on a long or short term contract, as well as providing individual services on a priced basis.
Our pre-contract commercial services include but are not limited to preparing, reviewing and analysing tenders, risk assessing contracts, cost and cash flow forecasts and procurement management.
Our post-contract commercial services include but are not limited to supply chain management, management of change control and claims, budget management, implementation of cost control procedures, general commercial management and dispute resolution.
